Thai identity has developed to three aspects : The love of freedom or independence,nationality,socially and individually. The dislike of violence,i.e. if they have a choice,the Thai would prefer peaceful means or a nonviolent way of settling disputes. The Thai are good at assimilation,or compromise (Reynolds,2002)
